Numbers as a Language

Under East Asian numerals, there's a system called counting rods. It represents digit by number of rods. To avoid confusion, vertical and horizontal forms are alternatingly used. Generally, vertical rod numbers are used for the position for the units, hundreds, ten thousands, etc., while horizontal rod numbers are used for the tens, thousands, hundred thousands etc.

0 cannot be written in counting rods system so I might just say its IMPOSSIBLE.
